Consulting Senior Manager – Payments Solutions

About the role

Visa is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to lead client‑facing projects that design and implement performance solutions across the payments ecosystem. The role blends strategic analysis with hands‑on execution, helping clients optimise portfolio strategy, loyalty programmes and acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and surface new client project opportunities and integrate them into the delivery pipeline.
• Design innovative performance solutions aligned with client requirements, including modelling, segmentation and propensity analytics.
• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements: roadmap creation, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, recommendation structuring and report writing.
• Conduct portfolio diagnostics, acquisition and loyalty program health checks, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Visa’s Analytics team to develop segmentation models and intelligent targeting solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge‑transfer sessions, and support implementation at client sites when needed.
• Partner with internal product and functional teams to ensure alignment of recommendations with Visa’s offerings.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in the payments industry, with deep knowledge of card issuing, loyalty, credit risk, operations or related verticals.
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy development and program execution.
• Strong client‑management skills and confidence in leading senior‑level interactions.
