HR Coordinator – Workforce Management & Recruitment

About the role

Eni Côte d'Ivoire is seeking an HR Coordinator to support all human‑resources functions in its Abidjan office. You will ensure smooth workforce management, compliance with local labour regulations, and alignment of HR activities with the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, onboarding and integration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data administration.
• Support training and development programmes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Manage performance‑management cycles and employee development plans.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment matters and employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce data and key performance indicators.
• Assist with expatriate processes such as visas and work permits where applicable.
• Drive internal communication, stakeholder coordination and support organisational change initiatives.
• Support HR budgeting, employee welfare activities and HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of Ivorian labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
