About the role

Join the EAME Distribution team at Caterpillar as a Marketing & Sales Operations Representative. You will work closely with Cat® dealers across Western Africa to drive commercial discipline, improve sales funnel management, and accelerate equipment sales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with dealers to strengthen sales funnel management, increase pipeline visibility, and improve opportunity quality and velocity.
• Drive opportunity management practices to enhance conversion rates and forecast reliability.
• Support dealers in expanding customer coverage across priority segments, territories, and applications.
• Identify coverage gaps and lead structured new‑customer acquisition initiatives.
• Increase dealer participation in industry opportunities through early prospecting, qualification, and alignment with business‑plan objectives.
• Use performance data to pinpoint gaps, prioritize actions, and track execution against growth targets.
• Reinforce sales cadence and execution discipline through regular follow‑up and structured reviews.
