Offline Support Specialist (Abidjan)

About the role

Yango Group is seeking an Offline Support Specialist to deliver phone and face‑to‑face assistance to users and drivers in Abidjan. You will act as the first point of contact, helping resolve inquiries, incidents, and providing on‑site support to improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as in‑person interactions with customers.
• Assist users and drivers with questions, incident resolution, and on‑site support.
• Collect and share feature requests, workarounds, and feedback with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Document customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.

Required profile

• Available to work on‑site in Abidjan.
• Strong passion for helping people and clear communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Completed studies or not currently enrolled in an academic program.
• Own a laptop and stable internet connection for occasional remote work.
