About the role
We are seeking an Offline Support Specialist to join Yango Group’s customer experience team in Abidjan. In this position you will provide phone‑based and face‑to‑face assistance to both users and drivers, helping to resolve inquiries and incidents while contributing to continuous service improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and deliver in‑person support to customers and drivers.
- Address user and driver inquiries, troubleshoot incidents, and provide on‑site assistance.
- Communicate feature requests and practical workarounds to internal teams.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing departments.
Required profile
- Based in Abidjan and available to work on‑site.
- Strong passion for helping people and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Completed studies or not currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Own a laptop and reliable internet connection for occasional remote tasks.
