Product Manager – Prescription Products (Rx)

About the role

Skynity LifeScience FZCO is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategic and operational marketing of its prescription product portfolio across the African cluster. Reporting to the Cluster Head, you will drive brand growth, market penetration, and profitability through comprehensive portfolio management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and communication strategies.
• Manage the full product life‑cycle from launch to optimization.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Monitor market trends, treatment guidelines, and therapeutic developments.
• Plan and execute new product launches, coordinating Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain functions.
• Create launch plans, promotional campaigns, and post‑launch monitoring activities.
• Support portfolio expansion and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy of promotional materials.
• Develop promotional tools, training resources, and train Medical Representatives.
• Participate in field visits to gather market insights.
• Assist in annual marketing budget preparation and measure ROI of marketing activities.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
