About the role

The Regional Channel Manager will shape and execute the sales strategy for our enterprise data protection and AI‑powered security solutions across North Africa and the FSA region. You will recruit and manage partner relationships, monitor competitor activity and work closely with marketing to drive channel growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap for the assigned product line.
  • Lead partner relations and expand the network of new and existing channels.
  • Build and maintain a channel/customer database, analyse data and develop metrics for loyalty and opportunity.
  • Conduct market research and on‑site visits to capture current and future service requirements.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation through collection, including credit and payment monitoring.
  • Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the product portfolio.
  • Provide high‑level support to channel partners and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
  • Promote the company’s services and products throughout the region.
  • Implement targeted marketing programs and use Salesforce.com CRM for lead and opportunity management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a channel sales role within North Africa and the FSA region.
  • Experience in the enterprise data protection and AI‑driven security industry.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
