Remote Mental Health Provider (Counselor/Psychologist/Coach)

About the role

MindFi is seeking qualified counselors, psychologists, or certified coaches to join its remote network of Care Providers. You will deliver high‑quality mental‑health support to individuals across the Asia‑Pacific region and Europe through the MindFi platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy, counseling, or coaching sessions via video or chat.
• Lead virtual support groups and community‑care activities.
• Design and deliver Masterclass workshops on mental‑wellbeing topics.
• Contribute to making mental health services culturally relevant and accessible.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, OR a recognized coaching certification (ICF preferred).
• Active registration or membership with relevant professional bodies in your country.
• Minimum of 3 years experience providing counseling or coaching services, preferably online.
