Strategy Consultant – French Speaking (West Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Strategy Consultant who is fluent in French and English to lead a high‑impact consulting engagement for a public‑sector client in West Africa. The role involves driving strategic workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering data‑driven recommendations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting workstreams from initiation through delivery.
• Conduct strategic assessments, operational reviews, and business analyses.
• Develop data‑driven insights and executive‑level recommendations.
• Support transformation planning, operating model reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver structured presentations, reports, and stakeholder materials.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee discussions, and strategic meetings.
• Build strong relationships across multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Travel to Côte d’Ivoire approximately once every six weeks.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong background in strategy consulting, transformation, or operational advisory.
• Experience with top‑tier consulting firms (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain) is preferred.
• Experience working with public‑sector entities or regulatory bodies is advantageous.
• Regional exposure to Africa, especially West Africa, is highly beneficial.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
