We are seeking a proactive West Africa Operations Manager to design, implement, and sustain efficient operational systems that support our regional business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple business units, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
• Oversee the daily functions of the business across the West Africa region.
• Prepare annual performance reviews and continuously reevaluate operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage the regional budget, aligning expenditures with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations management role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working with multiple internal groups and stakeholders.
