Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will engage with customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences while supporting e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
