Conduct daily physical jobs coordinating HVAC, plumbing and electrical teams while strictly following HSE procedures to achieve zero harm in high‑risk environments. Ensure all materials meet project standards and perform manual handling, excavation support and site preparation in line with SWMS and task‑specific risk assessments. Lead site safety controls including barricading, signage and hazard communication, and actively participate in pre‑starts, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Perform routine site inspections from foundation to final completion, verifying compliance with architectural and engineering designs and maintaining strong communication with civil supervisors, operators and crews.
