Lead the design, implementation and management of comprehensive monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks for multi‑partner programs, including the EU‑GIZ KULIMA marketing systems project. Coordinate steering committees and technical teams, integrating joint M&E platforms and ensuring donor compliance. Develop real‑time data management systems and dashboards using R, Python, SQL, Tableau and Power BI to produce evidence‑based insights. Apply results‑chains, theories of change and adaptive indicators to enhance program effectiveness and support learning. Facilitate stakeholder engagement across government, private sector and civil society to translate field evidence into actionable recommendations.
