Construction IT Engineer – Site Support & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction IT Engineer to deliver hands‑on IT support across multiple construction sites. The role bridges site users with corporate IT, ensuring hardware, software and network systems operate smoothly in a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support, set up user accounts, install and configure computers, operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network incidents, responding to requests within defined SLAs.
• Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including printers and peripheral devices.
• Manage IT asset records in the corporate CMDB and support asset lifecycle processes.
• Assist with rollout of new hardware and applications, perform system testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Digital Delivery, Cybersecurity and other IT functions to ensure reliable and secure services.
• Offer remote support to affiliated group companies and contribute to evaluating emerging IT technologies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of ICT support, system administration or site IT coordination, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑site, project‑driven environments.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM or large‑scale construction projects is a plus.
