Expert Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Expert Marketing Assistant Manager to lead healthcare professional (HCP) engagement initiatives in Ivory Coast. Working closely with Brand, Sales, Medical, Commercial Excellence and Field Force teams, you will translate strategic objectives into high‑quality field execution and omnichannel campaigns that drive recommendation growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HCP engagement strategies and expert activation plans aligned with brand goals.
• Identify, map and prioritize key healthcare professionals and influencers.
• Coordinate scientific meetings, speaker programs, Lunch & Learn sessions, webinars and other expert activities.
• Partner with Field Force Leaders to ensure effective detailing, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Create expert‑focused promotional materials and support multi‑channel campaign deployment.
• Analyze customer feedback, field call data and market intelligence to generate actionable insights.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and recommend program enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or FMCG marketing.
• Proven experience managing HCP engagement programmes and supporting multi‑country projects.
• Understanding of field force operations and customer‑centric engagement strategies.
