Explorationist

About the role

Eni Côte d'Ivoire is seeking an Explorationist to support hydrocarbon resource assessment and define exploration strategies for its concessions in Côte d'Ivoire. The role will focus on seismic interpretation, prospect identification, play fairway mapping and geological risk assessment, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret seismic data to identify and define prospectivity across the exploration portfolio.
• Conduct basin‑wide geological and geophysical studies, generating structural maps, cross‑sections and facies maps.
• Integrate well velocity data with seismic data to produce accurate well‑to‑seismic ties and depth maps.
• Perform play fairway mapping using GIS and produce risk segment maps.
• Evaluate hydrocarbon resources for prospects and prepare technical well proposal documentation.
• Present prospect evaluations to technical review teams and partners for validation.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
