Formateur/Expert – Executive Assistant & Assistanat de Direction

About the role

Trust Africa is seeking a seasoned trainer to professionalise executive assistants working with senior leaders in Côte d'Ivoire. The role involves designing and delivering a comprehensive training programme that enhances organisational, relational and technical competencies required for high‑level executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Teach optimal management of complex calendars, meetings and travel logistics.
• Instruct on administrative writing, including letters, minutes and synthesis notes.
• Deliver training on protocol, reception of dignitaries and delegations.
• Develop interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Guide participants on confidentiality, professional ethics and data protection.
• Introduce modern office and collaborative tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, videoconferencing and project‑management applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3/4) in executive assistance, communication or management.
• Minimum five years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
• Fluent French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong pedagogical abilities, rigor and intercultural listening skills.
• Familiarity with Ivorian public‑sector protocol and local business practices.
