Global Commerce Traineeship (Ivory Coast)

About the role

FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship Commerce offers a three‑year rotational programme that lets you explore both B2C and B2B commercial functions. You will work across marketing, sales, category management and business development, gaining hands‑on experience in how brands are brought to market and how commercial strategies are executed.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, Category Management and B2B Sales.
• Support sales promotions, coordinate point‑of‑sale materials and assist with brand activations.
• Develop customer growth plans and analyse market and shopper insights.
• Improve category performance and strengthen relationships with customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful commercial projects.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of work experience.
• Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong academic background and fluency in English.
• Affinity for both marketing and sales, reflective and adaptable mindset.
• Collaborative attitude, leadership potential and ability to handle pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to relocate domestically or internationally.
