HR Business Partner

About the role

Join Nestlé Research and Development Center in Abidjan as an HR Business Partner. You will drive the people agenda, aligning talent strategies with the business plan to support a leading FMCG research environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy by implementing people plans that attract, develop and retain talent, in partnership with the R&D HR Head.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nestlé principles and local context.
• Manage performance and talent processes, including calibration, succession planning and talent reviews.
• Foster employee engagement and ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
• Act as the gateway between the business and HR services, providing insight and feedback to Centre of Excellence teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar HR role within FMCG or a comparable industry.
• Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment and performance management.
• Strong coaching, change‑management and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in both French and English.
