Power Services Intern – Franco & Ghana

About the role

The Power Services Intern will support the Customer Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and the Service Director in the Gas Power Services organization. This position offers hands‑on exposure to customer account support, service planning, execution, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration within a power services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist CPMs in coordinating customer‑related service activities, deliverables and follow‑up actions.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Director, including reporting, scheduling, meeting preparation and sub‑region level tasks.
• Track portfolio updates, service milestones, open issues and action items.
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards, status summaries and reports for internal and customer use.
• Organise and maintain customer records, service documentation and portfolio files.
• Collaborate with engineering, field services, operations, finance, parts fulfilment and sourcing teams to gather information and support customer needs.
• Monitor key service metrics, customer commitments and portfolio performance indicators.
• Support communication preparation for customer reviews, internal updates and leadership meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, coordination and portfolio management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
• Bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Interest in customer management, service operations and the power industry.
