Product Engineer – AI Operating System for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Product Engineer to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software for short-term rental operators. You will work closely with founders, designers and property managers to build and iterate on features that automate reservations, guest communication, pricing, cleaning and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end product features, from prototype through frontend, backend, testing and deployment.
• Build customer-facing interfaces and operational dashboards that simplify complex short-term rental workflows.
• Develop event-driven automation engines and AI-powered workflows using LLMs and AI agents.
• Create and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Measure product impact with user feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption, time-saved and error reduction.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and own outcomes.
