Regional Fieldforce Lead – Francophone West Africa

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Fieldforce Lead to drive strategic and operational excellence across Francophone West Africa. The role will oversee fieldforce activities, implement a hybrid engagement model, and support brand growth and commercial performance in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fieldforce operations across multiple markets, ensuring optimal territory deployment and resource allocation.
• Execute the hybrid engagement model for pharmacy and healthcare professional channels.
• Deliver regional sales and market growth targets, translating business priorities into field execution plans.
• Coach and develop Hybrid Team Leaders and field teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and high standards of ethical conduct.
• Drive accurate CRM usage, reporting, and data quality.
• Lead regular business reviews, provide performance insights, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or related commercial environments.
• Proven track record of leading field teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
