About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the acquisition and development of new business across assigned territories, supporting multiple product lines. This role combines prospecting, client relationship management, and team coordination to achieve sales targets and drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and generate new leads to support product lines.
  • Contact prospective clients through calls and face‑to‑face visits to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and update activities on LTC.
  • Check the team’s daily worklog and visits to ensure accurate data input.
  • Achieve pipeline and collection targets.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer needs.
  • Support and assist team members where necessary.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager.
  • Drive business and dealership development.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales prospecting and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to support colleagues.
  • Organised with strong reporting and data‑management capabilities.
