About the role
JMG Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead HVAC project sales for its Ivory Coast division. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong B2B relationships, and delivering integrated HVAC solutions across commercial, industrial, and project sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
- Promote and sell HVAC products such as VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, ducted and ventilation solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical‑commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on negotiations, order closures, and project progress.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and technical teams to ensure proper solution offering.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Support payment collection and customer account follow‑up when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or project sales.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Proven B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management experience.
- Extensive network within the construction, MEP, or HVAC industry in Ivory Coast (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
