Site Solutions Manager – Customer Solutions

About the role

The Site Solutions Manager joins Caterpillar’s Customer Solutions Growth Regions division to drive growth by delivering tailored, site‑specific solutions for construction customers worldwide. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring optimal product and service performance on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, dealers, product support and field service to develop procedures that improve product and service performance.
• Monitor, report on, and resolve issues related to customer satisfaction, product health, and future solution needs.
• Conduct site assessments and deploy technology solutions that address customer challenges.
• Support the sales team as a technical resource during the sales cycle for major accounts and assist in contract or service agreement negotiations.
• Define standards for on‑site technical support, track service requests from initiation to completion, and ensure staff performance meets established guidelines.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in technical site performance management or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to work with customers, dealers, and cross‑functional internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor product health and resolve issues.
• Experience conducting site assessments and implementing technology solutions.
• Comfort acting as a technical advisor during sales cycles and contract negotiations.
