About the role

The Solutions Consultant at Palo Alto Networks is the modern evolution of a Sales Engineer, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout a customer’s security transformation journey. You will help customers understand their environment, design secure solutions, and ensure they realize value from their investment in Palo Alto Networks technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by creating and executing strategic technical account plans.
• Understand key business requirements and design high‑level solutions across the full Palo Alto Networks portfolio.
• Drive customer adoption of the Palo Alto Networks platform, improving productivity, operational efficiency, and security posture.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture technical, operational, and commercial imperatives.
• Collaborate closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and specialist teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and ability to turn complex problems into innovative solutions.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical sales or security consulting role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
