Microwave Engineer – Network Planning & Troubleshooting

About the role

We are looking for a Microwave Engineer to ensure the integrity and performance of microwave networks. The role involves checking microwave topologies, verifying port statuses, and providing on‑site troubleshooting when required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform microwave topology verification and port status checks.
• Plan and obtain microwave ports for ZTE RAN sites based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate daily communication with microwave customers and manage work coordination.
• Travel to customer sites for troubleshooting and fault resolution.
• Guide subcontractors in handling common microwave network faults.

Required profile

• Proven experience in microwave product commissioning and debugging.
• Background in microwave network maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and lead subcontractors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
