Network Optimization Manager

About the role

The Network Optimization Manager will lead the customer‑facing network‑quality interface, own complaint handling and drive continuous improvement of mobile network performance. This senior role combines technical expertise with team leadership and high‑level stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer network‑quality interface and manage complaint resolution.
• Lead and develop the Network Optimization team.
• Collaborate with technical and RAN experts to improve network quality.
• Produce high‑level reports for customers and stakeholders, ensuring visibility of performance metrics.
• Oversee outsourced delivery, guaranteeing compliance with acceptance criteria, work‑order turnaround times and safety regulations.
• Manage refarming and swap projects, operating effectively under high pressure.

Required profile

• Fluent English; French communication is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mobile network optimization.
• At least 2 years of team or program management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience with swap projects and strong customer‑management capabilities.
