Flavors Area Sales Manager – Northwest Africa

About the role

Reporting to the Flavours Activity Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio across Northwest Africa. The position involves developing the company’s presence in the strategic region while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the client portfolio in Northwest Africa.
• Drive sales growth and profitability for the assigned area.
• Define and implement a commercial strategic roadmap per country, aligned with company guidelines.
• Monitor competitors and analyse market needs for food flavorings.
• Coordinate internally with Customer Service, Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the flavours industry within Northwest Africa.
• Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of the natural ingredients and flavours market.
• Rigorous, responsible and autonomous.
