French Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
