About the role

Katchy Technology is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in the cross‑border fintech space. Based in Abidjan, you will work on‑site with a dynamic team to shape the company’s market presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with product, sales and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media and content marketing.
• Monitor and report on campaign results using analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy and SEO.
• Strong background in branding, product marketing and campaign management.
• Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in fintech or cross‑border trade is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
