About the role

Wave is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Abidjan office. You will own end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple functions, helping us build diverse, high‑performing teams that drive our mission of a cashless Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across departments, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Act as a dedicated sourcer, building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines through direct outreach and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to understand team needs and design tailored recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse ATS and generate recruiting insights.
• Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement improvements.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring candidates experience Wave’s values throughout their journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated ownership of the full recruitment cycle.
• Progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within an international, high‑growth environment.
• Work authorization for Côte d’Ivoire.
