Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to join a leading European travel‑tech platform. Working remotely, you will engage homeowners, introduce them to the vacation‑rental solution, and guide them through the early qualification process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record and update lead information in CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate remotely.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with internal dashboards and workflow systems.
