Senior Sales Manager – Ride‑Hailing Solutions

About the role

Yango is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its ride‑hailing platform. In this role you will shape sales strategy, grow the rider and driver base, and work closely with senior leadership to align commercial objectives with the company’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with city officials, businesses and strategic partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Drive client acquisition and retention while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to execute sales initiatives.
• Oversee the sales department budget and allocate resources effectively.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of proven sales success, preferably in transportation or technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing and motivating sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities in forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, able to influence senior executives.
