Associate, Customer Success

About the role

The Associate, Customer Success will support Rainforest Alliance partners across Côte d'Ivoire and neighboring countries. You will guide manufacturers, packers, traders, retailers and producers through certification, traceability and labelling processes, ensuring compliance with our sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to partner inquiries in French or English via email, phone and live chat during business hours.
• Guide certificate holders through registration on the Rainforest Alliance certification platform.
• Review and approve labelling and trademark use requests within 2‑5 business days.
• Deliver training through calls, webinars and occasional in‑person sessions.
• Collaborate with regional teams, technology, assurance, markets and marketing to provide seamless support.
• Provide feedback on customer‑success processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in B2B/B2C customer service, account management, sales, marketing or communications.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including international trips.
