Bilingual Construction and Deployments Project Manager

About the role

Zipline is expanding its network of autonomous drone distribution centers worldwide. The Bilingual Construction and Deployments Project Manager will own the end‑to‑end planning and execution of new sites, ensuring they meet technical, safety and performance standards while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local deployment planning and execution for new distribution centers, from site selection through operational launch.
• Identify and secure sites in collaboration with real‑estate vendors and local authorities, ensuring they meet technical and business criteria.
• Partner with Procurement and Engineering to evaluate, qualify and select contractors and vendors.
• Oversee site preparation and build‑out, managing construction activities, workforce mobilization and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones and hand over operational sites.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Proven experience managing construction or large‑scale deployment projects.
• Strong ability to work with government agencies, real‑estate partners and multiple vendors.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment.
