Product Specialist – Tools & Attachments

About the role

The Product Specialist will be the technical bridge between Epiroc’s rock drilling consumables and ground support portfolio and customers across Ivory Coast and West Africa. Based in Abidjan, you will work closely with the Customer Centre, sales, marketing and development teams to ensure optimal product use and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier technical support and guidance on drilling consumables and ground support products.
• Upskill internal teams through targeted training and continuous development.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand operational needs and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Partner with Business Development to provide technical insights, market feedback and support competitive proposals.
• Plan and execute product trials, analyse results and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience on mining sites and in contract environments.
• Familiarity with operator training programs for SRD65, SRT45 and DM30 equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and deep understanding of drilling processes.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
