About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the oil and gas sector, leveraging industry insights to create customer development plans and sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer development plans and sales strategies based on oil and gas industry insights.
- Identify business opportunities, build high‑level relationships with key customers, and manage accounts.
- Oversee order management, payment collection, and shipment coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
- Achieve the annual sales target.
Required profile
- Familiarity with the security and surveillance industry.
- Prior sales or work experience in the banking and construction sectors (preferred).
- Strong customer development and maintenance abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and high stress resistance.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
