About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the oil and gas sector, leveraging industry insights to create customer development plans and sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer development plans and sales strategies based on oil and gas industry insights.
• Identify business opportunities, build high‑level relationships with key customers, and manage accounts.
• Oversee order management, payment collection, and shipment coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Achieve the annual sales target.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the security and surveillance industry.
• Prior sales or work experience in the banking and construction sectors (preferred).
• Strong customer development and maintenance abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and high stress resistance.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
