Graduate Trainee – Sales, Marketing, Finance & Communications

About the role

Join Nestlé Côte d’Ivoire’s Graduate Trainee program, a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity designed to develop future leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Communications. You will rotate through key functions, receive formal training and mentorship, and contribute to real projects that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers on assigned tasks and projects within the graduate program.
• Complete mandatory training courses and on‑the‑job learning modules.
• Support and lead specific initiatives related to sales, marketing, finance or communications as directed.
• Prepare reports, presentations and analyses using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Sales, Marketing or Communications from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset and ability to adapt to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with automation or digitalisation tools.
