Marketing Manager – Ivory Coast & Africa

About the role

ASBIS is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing initiatives for its flagship brand and other portfolio brands across Ivory Coast and selected English‑speaking African markets. The role translates global brand guidelines into insight‑driven, locally relevant campaigns that boost brand visibility, retail performance, and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for the flagship brand and portfolio brands in Ivory Coast.
• Adapt global campaigns to local consumer behavior, retail landscape, and channel dynamics.
• Lead 360° campaigns covering digital, retail, PR, events, and partnerships.
• Ensure premium brand positioning and compliance with vendor guidelines.
• Own product launches with strong in‑store and market visibility.
• Drive retail marketing across organized and unorganized channels, including POSM and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive promotions and sell‑out performance.
• Manage partner marketing initiatives with distributors and retailers.
• Oversee PR, media, and influencer collaborations.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs; provide optimization recommendations.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and vendor compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, telecom, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the Ivory Coast market.
• Experience working with international brands and strict brand guidelines.
• Hands‑on execution across digital and retail marketing.
• Solid analytical skills for ROI and performance tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management with vendors, sales, and partners.
• Fluent English.
