Manager – Fintech & Wallet Partners

About the role

Visa is seeking a Manager to lead its Fintech and Wallet Partner strategy in the CEMEA region, based in Abidjan. The role will drive growth of Visa payment volumes by building and managing relationships with non-traditional partners, including fintechs and digital wallet providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the regional wallet and partner strategy to increase Visa payment volume, market share and data processing revenue.
• Drive acceptance of Visa payment solutions across top-tier merchants and key business segments.
• Identify, negotiate and close strategic deals with fintech and wallet partners.
• Collaborate with leadership, country managers and regulatory teams on industry initiatives and pricing projects.
• Develop and maintain strong market relationships to protect and grow Visa’s brand standing.
• Lead the deployment and go-to-market of new mobile-based payment solutions.
• Design and implement marketing and usage initiatives targeting both traditional and new merchants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fintech, digital payments or related partnership management.
• Track record of securing large strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory environment and payment industry trends.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
