Outbound Supervisor

About the role

Nestlé Côte d’Ivoire is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination and control of all outbound warehouse operations. The role ensures customer orders are picked, staged, loaded and dispatched accurately, safely and on time, in line with Nestlé standards, SOPs and SHE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound delivery activities from order release to post‑goods issue.
• Plan labour and workload to guarantee timely picking, staging and loading of orders.
• Implement and monitor Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE regulations.
• Collaborate with customer service, transport, distribution centre and 3PL partners to resolve urgencies.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and improve warehouse performance through NCE.
• Maintain optimal utilisation of resources and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Investigate customer abnormalities and apply corrective actions.
• Support value‑stream design, waste reduction and LEAN roll‑out.
• Coach, train and develop the team, conduct performance appraisals and enforce discipline as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum DUT or Master 1 degree in logistics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of successful operational experience in a leadership role at market or business level.
• Experience in warehouse management, transportation & distribution, physical logistics or demand‑and‑supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of SHE, quality standards and continuous‑improvement practices.
