Senior Director, Consulting & Analytics

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Consulting & Analytics practice across Western Central Africa. The role combines business development, project delivery and strategic advisory to help clients leverage Visa’s data and services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Country Managers, Account Executives and regional leads to design consulting activity plans.
• Develop project pitches and proposals, securing new consulting assignments through a consultative sales approach.
• Lead and deliver consulting projects, guiding team members across multiple workstreams.
• Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs, identify opportunities and shape implementation strategies.
• Design and manage on‑site implementation of recommendations, marketing campaigns, product migrations and training programs.
• Manage project budgets, resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with Visa functions such as Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives with consulting teams in other regions and provide ad‑hoc support to internal projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in consulting, analytics or related advisory services.
• Strong track record in business development and securing new client engagements.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex strategic problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder interactions.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work on client sites as needed.
