Technical Advisor – Completions

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Advisor for Completions to lead engineering efforts on Tools & Testing and Tubing Conveyed Perforating products. The role supports Halliburton’s global energy customers by delivering expert technical solutions and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering activities for completion tools and services.
• Provide engineering expertise and technical support to external customers.
• Negotiate critical technical issues with senior engineers and officers of partner organizations.
• Make authoritative decisions and recommendations that impact extensive engineering projects.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage the work of engineering teams.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10‑15 years of oil‑field service experience, including business development and team management.
• Proven ability to handle complex, unprecedented technical problems.
