Construction IT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction IT Engineer to provide hands‑on IT support on construction sites. The role bridges site users and corporate IT, ensuring hardware, software and network systems operate smoothly in a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site IT support to employees, including setup of user accounts, hardware installation and configuration of operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues, adhering to defined SLA response times.
• Maintain and update IT assets in the corporate CMDB and manage IT asset records.
• Support rollout of new hardware and applications, perform system testing and infrastructure upgrades.
• Provide remote IT assistance to other group companies and collaborate with Network Operations, Digital Delivery, Cybersecurity and other IT teams.
• Assist working groups in evaluating and testing new IT technologies and ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity requirements.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in ICT support, system administration or site IT coordination, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on technical mindset.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Experience working in multi‑site or EPC/EPCM project environments is a strong plus.
