Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, helping with order tracking, product questions, and issue resolution while delivering a friendly and empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.
