Sales Representative (Corporate Payments)

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa. As a Payment Sales Representative you will join the Corporate team to prospect, acquire and grow corporate customers for Wave’s payment products in Côte d’Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships for Wave’s business payment solutions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the sales strategy.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients to expand Wave’s merchant base.
• Provide daily feedback to marketing, agent management and other departments.
• Support the overall payment strategy in targeted locations across Côte d’Ivoire.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with a good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field‑force sales role.
• Proven track record in segmentation, targeting and acquiring corporate accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
