Senior Sales Associate

About the role

WeGoo is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive new business acquisition and strengthen client relationships in the fast‑growing African logistics and e‑commerce market. Based in Abidjan, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that help SMEs streamline their last‑mile delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers across the logistics and e‑commerce sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or client acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in French and English is an advantage.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
