2D/3D Graphics Artist

About the role

Octoplus Marketing Limited, a marketing consultancy, strategy and business solutions company, is looking for a 2D/3D graphics artist to work closely with its creative and project teams. The role covers producing and editing high-quality 2D/3D graphics designs for a variety of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually striking 3D graphics designs for clients and other projects.
• Work on briefs, develop and pitch creative ideas and choose the right designs and media to meet objectives.
• Use 2D/3D modelling, mapping, texturing and lighting techniques to build visual elements.
• Produce illustrations and artwork for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and advertisements.
• Help clients create unique videos and animations for online platforms.
• Manage several projects, set priorities, give accurate time estimates and deliver on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with creative colleagues, project managers and copywriters.

Required profile

• Based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 / Licence or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Aptitude for art and creativity, with experience in digital experience, animation and illustration.
• Experience producing 2D/3D graphics in a professional, post-production environment is preferred.
• Strong project management, time management and problem-solving skills; good communication skills.
• Oral and written fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Corel Draw.
